I am excited to share with you music that has been living inside of me for a while now. This has been a true labour of love for me. I started writing most of this music back in July of 2016. A decade of ideas that sat in my head waiting to be heard and others that wrote themselves in a gust of divine inspiration. Some days were a little easier than others, but in the end, all the scars and bruises it took to get these songs onto this record was a process that was truly healing. I wouldn’t change a thing as it helped me accept things about myself, the world, and it solidified my values and strengthened my relationship with God. I had to push myself to the limits of what I thought I knew and could do, and that which I didn’t know, I had to learn quickly. You soon realize that when all you are left with is yourself, you have no choice but to learn, get up and continue the journey you were meant to be on.
I want to thank all of you who though your generous hearts enabled me to make this record. Your encouragement has motivated me to keep going, so here we are. I thank you all so very much.
